I totally loved everything! the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially atoosa. she gave us awesome tips on where to go and what to see. the room was so spacious and comfy. I really did sleep well!
the wifi was a bit slow at times. but it was still manageable.

the hotel provides a free shuttle service to taksim square, which runs 24/7. the gym features technogym equipment with disposable towels. the hotel features a finnish sauna, a steam room and a hammam for relaxation.

My room had a really nice shower. It even had a rainfall showerhead! the rooms had carpet, giving a nice feeling under the feet, wow. they supplied robes before going to the sauna.

A free shuttle took me to several locations close to the hotel. a great bakery nearby sold delicious treats and a kebab restaurant just up the street was top notch. I recommend it. it was all super convenient.

i stayed here with some friends and found some things a little off. locals warned us about walking near the hotel, citing safety concerns. it limited our exploring. breakfast wasn't the most relaxing, because many men with visible post-surgery wounds were present. also, we asked for twin beds in our suite, confirmed multiple times but got a queen, which required a foldable bed on the third night. what a mess

the free shuttle to taksim square operated around the clock. the hotel featured a spa with a swimming pool, a gym, a hammam, a sauna, and a turkish steam bath. i found the rain shower and bidet in the bathroom very useful.

the hotel provides a 24/7 courtesy shuttle to taksim square, this is a real benefit. ece was particularly professional at check-in and check-out. celel offered good local insights, and mustafa the shuttle driver also gave useful tips. the room had a comfortable bed and a unique bedouin seating area with scatter cushions.
i only found one english-speaking tv channel, cnn international.
